Used. Comes in nonoriginal packaging. This set of pillow blocks is in good condition cosmetically with minor scuffs or scratches, or maybe a dinged corner, from previous use.  The labels on the units you receive may vary slightly, as shown.  There are some stains on the end of the shafts from previous mounting.
Notes:
This linear guide was removed from a functional environment. It has been tested by us and we found that the slide moves smoothly across the rails with no obstructions. No further testing was performed.
